MIREZ: Miesten ja muiden maskuliinien ryhmä on tarkoitettu transmiehille, muille maskuliineille ja niille, jotka pohtivat, ovatko miehiä. Alaikäraja on 16 vuotta, yläikärajaa ei ole.
Ryhmän periaatteisiin kuuluvat luottamuksellisuus, itsemäärittely- ja itsemäärittelemättömyysoikeus sekä kunnioittaminen. Ryhmässä käsitellään mm. sukupuolta, kokemusta sukupuolesta ja mahdollisia sukupuolen korjaushoitoja sekä kohtaamisia läheisten ja muiden ihmisten kanssa. Tavoitteena on mahdollistaa ryhmässä nousevien teemojen käsittely vertaistuellisesti, jotta ymmärrys ja jaksaminen voivat lisääntyä.
Voit ilmottautua/hakea joko yhteen ryhmäkertaan, muutamaan ryhmäkertaan, tai vaikka kaikkiin syksyn kertoihin. Jokaiselle ryhmäkerralle tulee ilmoittautua/hakea erikseen. Ilmottautumis/hakulomakkeet avautuvat aina noin 4 viikkoa ennen ryhmäkertaa.

Mukaan mahtuu rajoitettu määrä osallistujia
Jos mahdut mukaan:
- Saat ohjeita ja linkin etäryhmään sähköpostitse viimeistään ryhmäpäivänä.
- Osallistuthan etäryhmään videoyhteydellä – näin ryhmässä on turvallisempi ja lämpimämpi tunnelma.
- Suosittelemme, että testaat linkkiä jo etukäteen, että pääsemme aloittamaan ajallaan.
- Tulethan ajoissa. Etäryhmän sujuvuuden ja turvallisuuden vuoksi emme valitettavasti voi ottaa ihmisiä mukaan enää ryhmätapaamisen alettua.
Etäryhmää ohjaavat Mio Kivelä ja Alex Karjalainen.
Syksyllä 2022 järjestämme sekä etä- että lähitapaamisia. Kaikki ryhmät ja niiden lomakkeet löytyvät ryhmäkalenteristamme.

MIREZ: Masculine group of GDICE (= Gender Diversity & Intersex Centre of Expertise) is meant for transmen, other masculines and for those who wonder if they are men/ masculines. You don’t have to be sure. Minimum age limit is 16 years, and there is no maximum age limit.
Group principles include confidentiality, right to define or not to define yourself and mutual respect. Discussion topics vary from gender, experience on gender, possible gender confirming treatments to encounters with closed ones and other people. The task is to enable peer supportive discussion on themes to reinforce self-understanding and empowerment.
You can sign up/apply for just one meeting, a couple of meetings, or even all meetings this autumn. You will need to fill in the sign up form/application form separately for each meeting. The forms will open approximately 4 weeks before the meeting. Online groups will have a sign up form, while face-to-face groups will have an application form.
If there is room for you in this group meeting:
- You will receive instructions and link to the meeting latest on the day of the meeting.
- Please use video. It helps in creating a safe space for the group
- Please test the link before the meeting to make sure we can start on time.
- Please be on time. To ensure the safety of the group we will not admit latecomers.
Online group is led by Mio Kivelä and Alex Karjalainen.
